ALUR INFORMASI DAN KEPUTUSAN INOVASI TEKNOLOGI PENGENDALIAN HAMA TERPADU DI KABUPATEN LOMBOK TIMUR *) INFORMATION NET AND INOVATION DECISION OF INTEGRATED PEST MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGY IN EAST LOMBOK REGENCY

Abstract

ABSTRAK

                Penelitian yang dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Lombok Timur ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui alur informasi dalam proses difusi teknologi PHT ; mengetahui proses keputusan inovasi petani dalam penerapan  teknologi PHT, dan mengetahui tingkat penerapan (adopsi) teknologi PHT. Untuk melihat alur informasi teknologi PHT dan penyebarannya (difusi) ditingkat petani, dilakukan analisis sosiometri. Sedangkan dua variabel lainnya dianalisis secara deskriptif yang berbasiskan tabulasi. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa alur penyebaran teknologi PHT berlangsung berjenjang. Untuk kelompok tani SLPHT alurnya dari  SLPHT ---> Petani peserta ---> Petani bukan peserta, sedangkan pada kelompok tani non SLPHT alurnya dari PPL ---> Kontak Tani/ Petani maju ---> petani pengikut. Keputusan inovasi petani responden adalah tidak mengadopsi semua unsur teknologi PHT, tetapi hanya pada unsur-unsur teknologi tertentu disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan aspirasi petani. Tingkat penerapan (adopsi) teknologi PHT oleh petani SLPHT lebih tinggi dari petani non SLPHT.

ABSTRACT

                The aims of the research are to know information net in proces diffuse of PHT technology; to know proces innovation decision of the farmer to implement of PHT technology ; and to know rate of implementation of PHT technology. Analyze the data use sociometry method to saw information net of PHT tachnology and the distribution in the farmers, and the discriftive analyze to saw innovation decision of PHT technology and rate of implementation the PHT technology. The result of the research are : distribution net of PHT technology step by step , for the farmer groups participant of SLPHT, the distribution from SLPHT ---> participant farmers ---> not participant farmers, while for the farmer groups non SLPHT from PPL ---> farmers leader/modern farmers ---> the other farmers. Decision innovation of PHT technology, wheather farmers in SLPHT and non SLPHT, are not adopt all of element the PHT, but some of the technology that is needed by the farmers. Rate of implementation PHT technology more higher in SLPHT farmers than non SLPHT farmers.
